Pedro was instrumental in the formation of Westchester Realty NY in 2005. His introduction to the Real Estate business began in his native Ecuador, when he had the opportunity to bring together buyers and sellers of aquaculture farms. He has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent and Broker in New York State since 1998, working under the Prudential brand for his first 7 years in the business.
Pedro’s major asset is his public relations ability. He is well known for going the extra mile for his clients. His easy going personality makes it easy to work with first time home buyers to savvy real estate investors. He always listens carefully to the client’s needs and desires and makes every effort to try to help them find their dream home or, in the case of investors, helping them reach their financial goals.
Pedro is fluent in both English and Spanish and is an active firefighter in the village of Hastings-on-Hudson, since 2002.
